What exactly do I get with the Starter Package?
The Starter Package includes a fully custom 5-page website designed specifically for your aesthetic or wellness practice. It includes a before and after gallery, contact and enquiry form, Google Maps embed, Google Business Profile setup, basic on-page SEO, SSL certificate and 1 month of post-launch support. Everything you need to establish a professional online presence.
Is the Starter Package a template or a custom design?
Every website we build at Lunos Digital is custom designed from scratch. We do not use generic templates. Your website is built specifically for your practice, your brand and your target patients.
Do I own my website after I pay?
Yes — 100%. Once your Starter Package is paid for, your website belongs entirely to you. We never hold your domain, your hosting or your website content hostage. You own everything.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most Starter websites are designed, built and live within 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your content — your logo, photos, services and practice information. The faster you send us your content, the faster your site goes live.
What content do I need to provide?
We need your logo, high-quality photos of your practice and treatments, your list of services, your contact details and any before and after photos you want to include. We guide you through exactly what to send — you do not need to figure it out alone.

Does the Starter Package include SEO?
The Starter Package includes basic on-page SEO — meaning your page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, schema markup and sitemap are all set up correctly when your site launches. It does not include ongoing monthly SEO management. For that, you would need the Growth Package.
What happens after the 1 month of post-launch support ends?
After your included support period, you can request changes or updates at our standard hourly rate, or upgrade to the Growth Package which includes ongoing management and support as part of the monthly retainer.
R4,999 is the full once-off design and development fee. The only additional costs you will need to budget for separately are your domain name (approximately R200 per year) and website hosting (approximately R100–R300 per month depending on your provider). We guide you through setting both up.
